2. Description of Service

DosvetPro provides an online PPFD/lighting calculation tool for greenhouse and horticultural professionals. Features include luminaire layout planning, PDF report generation, and subscription-based access to premium functions.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Providing accurate registration information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
Resell or redistribute calculation outputs without attribution.
Upload malicious files or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI designs, and content on ppfd-calc.com are owned by DosvetPro. You retain ownership of data you submit but grant us a license to process it for delivering the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculation results are provided for informational purposes. DosvetPro does not guarantee that results will be free of errors or suitable for any specific professional application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DosvetPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
