Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

After the 7-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion in the following cases:

Significant technical failures on our side that prevented you from using the Service.
Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
Annual plan purchased in error — a pro-rated refund may be issued within 14 days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription periods that have already been used beyond the 7-day window.
One-time PDF report or export purchases.
Accounts suspended for violations of the Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email ivan@ppfd-calc.com with:

Your registered email address.
The payment date and amount.
Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out — most issues can be resolved quickly.
